Drop in Schedules

The Powell River Recreation Complex offers a variety of Drop In activities throughout the year in Aquatics, Health & Fitness, and Arena Sports.  Gain access to all these great programs shown in the schedules below with your annual/monthly membership or by paying a drop-in admission.

2024 Health & Fitness:

•  Spring Health & Fitness Drop in Schedule – Beginning April 22 – June 29 (updated May 8)
  • Please note that Morning Yoga, scheduled for Thursday May 9th has been cancelled.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
• Spring Gym Schedule
  • Monday – Friday 6:00am – 9:00pm
    • The gym is closed from 2:15 – 3:15pm Monday – Friday
  • Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 8:30pm

Arena & Sport:

• On the Ice
  • Skates added! We have had some Spring ice open up on Sundays May 5th & May 12th!

    Parent & Child Hockey from: 12:30 – 1:30pm
    Shinny 12 & Under from: 1:45pm – 2:45pm
    Shinny 13 – 16 from: 3:00 – 4:00pm
    Everyone Welcome from: 4:15 – 6:15pm
• On the Courts
  • Pickleball
    • At Oceanview Education Centre Gym, for 16 years +
    • Monday from 4:00 – 6:00pm
      • 2 courts are reserved for advanced play
    • Wednesday & Friday from 4:00 – 7:00pm
    • Saturdays from 1:30 – 3:30pm
    • NEW Saturdays from 3:30 – 5:00pm Drop In Family Pickleball.  Please note that all junior players 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Sunday from 1:00 – 5:00pm
      • with free coaching from 1:00 – 2:00pm
    • All times are Everyone Welcome/Social Play unless noted
    • $3 per drop in, or 10 tickets for $27
  • Table Tennis
    • At the Recreation Complex (rooms vary)
    • Monday & Tuesday from 1:00 – 3:30pm
    • Wednesday & Thursday from 6:00 – 9:00pm
    • Friday from 1:00 – 3:30pm
