Refund Policy

Registered Programs

The City of Powell River will provide a full refund on registered programs up to 7 days prior to the start of the program or if the program is cancelled by the City of Powell River.

Facility Rentals

The City of Powell River will provide a full refund on facility rentals up to 14 days prior to the rental.

Memberships

No refunds will be provided for membership sales.
