Program Cancellations

The City of Powell River reserves the right to cancel programs. Program withdrawals are accepted up to seven days prior to the start of a program. Once the program has started, refunds will not be accepted except in the event of medical emergencies in which documentation must be provided. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
